What we do, and what we do not do
TPRG Capital is a mortgage broker. We help you compare loan programs from multiple lenders and we submit your application to the lender whose program fits your situation. We do not make loans, we do not fund loans, and we do not service loans after closing.
That distinction matters when you are comparing companies. A broker works across many lenders. A lender offers only its own products.
Consumer Complaints Against Mortgage Related Companies and Individuals Doing Business in Texas
You have the right to file a complaint against Residential Mortgage Loan Originators, Mortgage Companies, Financial Services Companies, Auxiliary Mortgage Loan Activity Companies, and Independent Contractor Loan Processors and Underwriters licensed under Texas Finance Code Chapter 156, Residential Mortgage Loan Company and Residential Mortgage Loan Originator Licensing and Registration Act;
or
Residential Mortgage Loan Originators and Mortgage Bankers under Texas Finance Code Chapter 157, Mortgage Banker Registration and Residential Mortgage Loan Originator License Act;
or
Residential Mortgage Loan Servicers Under Texas Finance Code Chapter 158, Residential Mortgage Loan Servicer Registration Act;
or
a state savings bank if you feel you have been wronged in any way regarding your financial dealings and or transactions.
